AIPPI World Congress is upon us and is to be held in one of the world’s most beautiful cities – Sydney, Australia. AIPPI has been “shaping IP” for 120 years now, so this year it will be celebrating its 120th Anniversary. From October 13 to October 17, 2017 we will be able to take part in AIPPI’s comprehensive Educational Programme, featuring all areas of IP law and all disciplines of practice from prosecution to litigation.

Our answer is the MIHAILOVIC 360° enforcement program eligible for the Republic of Serbia, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, FYRO Macedonia and Montenegro.

After a very succesful and fruitful first forum organized by the Customs Department of Serbia, we invite all brand owners to another forum concerning anti-counterfeited goods and IP infringement. Here, brand owners and their representatives will have the opportunity to directly speak to enforcement agents – both on the borders and in the market.

Effective enforcement of IP rights at the border is critical in overall protection of intellectual property. It also is important for the country’s economy as well as health and safety.

Customs play a crucial role in identifying and detaining shipments of goods suspected of infringing IP rights.
