After a very succesful and fruitful first forum organized by the Customs Department of Serbia, we invite all brand owners to another forum concerning anti-counterfeited goods and IP infringement. Here, brand owners and their representatives will have the opportunity to directly speak to enforcement agents – both on the borders and in the market.
This event is valuable as it will provide a rare opportunity to inform the people directly tasked with deciding if the goods before them should or should not be seized based on possible IP infringement – that is, how to spot original or fake goods.
The forum is geared towards brands available and known to the Serbian market, and is envisioned as a series of presentations, using visual media and supported by samples.
This time around, the seminar will be two days long, and held on June 23 and 24, 2016.
Participants have to register by Wednesday, June 8, 2016. Participants can be foreign brand owners, their domestic subsidiaries or the law offices managing their IP rights.
